Alessandro Neri is from Tuscany, Italy. He took these photos last January in Luang Prabang, Laos. He is attracted by the ability of anyone, regardless of means, to enjoy simple play.

These photos have grown on me over time. It strikes me how play transcends cultural and economic difference. The place and clothing are different, but the expressions and the spirit is the same.
